Getting Brows Done in Seoul: Travel & Booking Guide
You can often fit nano brows into a trip to Seoul if you plan around healing. Book early in your stay, and keep the next one to two weeks gentle on your skin. You don’t need to come back for a touch-up. Whether a procedure suits you depends on your skin, health and recent treatments, so we check before confirming.
How booking works
- Message us with the service you’re interested in and your dates. If you’ve had brow tattooing before, add three photos (both brows from the front, then each brow close up, no makeup). Where to message
- We reply in English with whether the procedure looks suitable, any questions, and available times.
- Confirm your appointment by paying the ₩50,000 deposit, which goes toward your total. Booking policies
- Prepare using the checklist below.
- Your appointment starts with consultation and design. Nothing is tattooed until you approve the shape.
- Aftercare instructions are given in English, and you can message us with questions while you heal.
Planning around a trip
Some clients book their brows while visiting Seoul. This client came from Germany for nano brows.
Book early in your stay
If you can, book in the first few days of your trip. That leaves time to heal in Seoul and to contact us if anything worries you.
Keep the next 1–2 weeks gentle
During early healing, avoid swimming pools, the sea, saunas and jjimjilbang, hot yoga or heavy workouts, and long hours in strong sun. If your trip continues to a beach destination, tell us when you book.
Flying
Flying is generally fine after a brow appointment. Keep your brows dry for the first 3 days and follow our aftercare instructions.
Do I need to come back for a touch-up?
No. Many of our clients are short-term visitors from abroad, so Claire works especially carefully in the first session so that a touch-up is usually not needed. A touch-up is optional. If you are in Seoul again within six weeks: Complimentary touch-up within 6 weeks of your first appointment (about 30 minutes to 1 hour), for clients who had their original treatment at Claire Beauty.
How long the appointment takes
Allow about 2 hours 30 minutes for nano brows. Please don’t book something you need to rush to straight afterwards.
Before your appointment
Tell us before booking if any of these apply. You may need to wait, choose a different date, or check with your doctor first:
- Recent Botox, filler, laser, chemical peel, microneedling or other treatments near your brows, eyes or lips
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Blood-thinning medication, isotretinoin (e.g. Accutane) now or recently, or other medication that affects your skin or healing
- Chemotherapy or other ongoing medical treatment
- A skin condition, irritation, sunburn or broken skin in the area
- A history of keloid scarring, cold sores (for lip blush) or recent eye surgery (for eyeliner)
Full precautions list, with waiting times
For a few days before your appointment, it usually helps to avoid tanning or sunburn on your face, retinoid or acid skincare around the area, and plucking, waxing or threading your brows. We recommend coming without brow makeup, so we can see your natural brows clearly.
Booking policies
Summary below. Full booking policy
- By appointment only. We can’t take walk-ins; please book another day.
- 19 and over. You must be 19 or older for a procedure, even with parental consent.
- Had semi-permanent makeup before? Send clear, bright photos of the area without makeup when you book. They help us check whether the procedure suits you and prepare for your appointment.
- No guests or pets, to avoid cross-contamination and interruptions during the procedure.
- Deposit. To secure your spot and confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of ₩50,000 is required. It protects against no-shows and last-minute cancellations or changes. The full deposit goes toward your total, and you pay the rest on the day, after the procedure.
- Rescheduling. You can change your appointment date once, as long as you tell us at least 5 days in advance. We turn away other bookings for your time, so please choose a date you’re sure about. The deposit is non-refundable and is forfeited for last-minute changes or cancellations.
- Late arrival. Please be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment counts as a no-show: your deposit is forfeited and you’ll need to book a new one.
- Touch-up appointments. Your skin takes about 2–3 weeks to heal, so the touch-up is booked after that and within 6 weeks of your first appointment. If you’d like to change your touch-up appointment date, please let us know at least 5 days in advance. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, don’t show up, or cancel at short notice, your free touch-up session is forfeited and you’ll need to book and pay for a new touch-up. If that month is fully booked, we may not be able to move it.

From clients who travelled for their brows
Because I live abroad, she made sure to be as meticulous as possible because I wouldn’t be able to come back for a touch-up.
I am traveling all the way from Norway, to Korea for vacation and I knew I had to book an appointment!
I made an appointment with Claire through Creatrip to do nano brows, which I made sure to include on my trip to Seoul. … Claire’s English was also amazing, so it made communication super easy.
