  2. A few dates and times that work for you, and whether weekdays or weekends suit you better. A nano brow appointment takes about 2 hours 30 minutes.
  3. The procedure you’d like: brows, eyeliner, lip blush or lash lift & tint.
  4. Confirmation that you’ve read our booking policy and precautions, and any allergies or medication you take.
  5. Whether you’ve had permanent makeup in the same area before (yes / no). If yes, send three clear photos without makeup.

Your booking is confirmed once the ₩50,000 deposit is paid. The deposit is non-refundable and goes toward your total; you pay the rest on the day, after the procedure.

Had permanent makeup before? Send three photos

If you’ve had semi-permanent makeup in the same area before, please send three photos when you book. They help us check whether the procedure suits you, and plan the right amount of time.

  1. Front photo showing both eyebrows (or the treated area), face relaxed, looking straight at the camera.
  2. Close-up of your left eyebrow.
  3. Close-up of your right eyebrow.

Please take them in bright daylight, without makeup, and without filters. If you message us on an app with disappearing messages, please turn that setting off so we can look at your photos again before your appointment.

Booking policy

  • By appointment only. We can’t take walk-ins; please book another day.
  • 19 and over. You must be 19 or older for a procedure, even with parental consent.
  • Previous permanent makeup. Send bright, clear photos of the area without makeup when you book. They help us check whether you’re suitable and prepare for your appointment.
  • Deposit. A non-refundable deposit of ₩50,000 secures your spot and confirms your appointment. It protects against no-shows and last-minute cancellations or changes. The full deposit goes toward your total, and you pay the rest on the day, after the procedure.
  • Changing your appointment. You can change your date once, if you tell us at least 5 days in advance. We turn away other clients for your time, so please choose a date you’re sure about. The deposit is forfeited for last-minute changes or cancellations.
  • No guests or pets, to avoid cross-contamination and so the artist can focus fully on your procedure.
  • Please be on time. Late arrivals push back the whole day’s schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment counts as a no-show: your deposit and free first touch-up are forfeited and you’ll need to book a new appointment.
  • How long it takes. A first session includes consultation, numbing, shaping, the procedure and an aftercare review. Nano brows take about 2 hours 30 minutes; if your skin doesn’t take pigment easily, it can take around 30 minutes longer. See pricing for other services.
  • First touch-up. Optional, and complimentary within 6 weeks of your first appointment. Your skin takes about 2–3 weeks to heal, so the touch-up is booked after that and within 6 weeks of your first appointment. After 6 weeks, a touch-up is charged.
  • Changing your touch-up. Tell us at least 5 days in advance. If that month is fully booked, we may not be able to move it. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, don’t show up or cancel at short notice, the free touch-up is forfeited and you’ll need to book and pay for a new one.
